How Does One Use Faith and or Intention

I think everyone has faith. However, what I was told about faith was that it was a matter of faith alone, without guidance on how to use it, best practices, or guidelines for creating the most positive outcome, and without knowing how to use this unbelievable creative power we have. I asked a simple question of my computer: Can I substitute the word "faith" with the word "intention"? The answer was yes. I believe these two words, faith and Intention, are tools we need to understand and train to use as the universe intended.
I am going to try to explain my belief behind these two words, hoping you can build on them in your lives.
1. Faith and Intention are practiced every moment of every day in your life. The moment you get up in the morning until you go to bed, if you are thinking and creating in your mind, that is what you're broadcasting to the universe.
2. These two interchangeable words can be used negatively and positively to create your next moment if you take a second and think about what if your thoughts were broadcast out to the universe when you had them, like a radio wave, would you be more likely to watch what you're thinking?
3. The Ancients believed that the spine is an antenna that broadcasts out to the universe. If you go deeper into this belief, you have power over the past, the present, and the future. They used prayer and meditation to access the heart, then send the message through the spine, broadcasting it into the universe.
4. I built my whole future's health when I was sick, only reflecting on how good I felt in the future and what my future health looked like every night. I broadcast to the universe what I wanted, and it delivered. I didn’t beg or wish; I am firm in my commitment still to this day. I used tools like visualization, meditation, and positive images I created in my mind.
5. The primitive mind only understands pictures built with the heart's emotional energy. I read tons of books about affirmation, but they never seemed to work for me because my subconscious kept fighting them. That feeling of unworthiness was more powerful than the words themselves. Then I came across a guy named Chase Hughes, who teaches that if you want to change your body, you need to use visualization to see it with the primitive mind, which I did years ago without knowing it.
6. I always needed to be very aware of my thoughts. The universe, I believe, doesn’t know the difference between positive and negative when it comes to your needs. It gives you what you ask for. If you believe you're going to feel bad, or hope you don’t, or wish you didn’t want to feel bad, the universe doesn’t understand that language and is going give you what you want, and that is to feel bad all day. Using words and thoughts like "I feel great today" shifts the energy from negative to positive. When I started this, I was frustrated because every thought I had felt was negative. Over time, through meditation practice, I began hunting down negative thoughts in my mind. If I caught a negative thought, I would look for a more positive word or visualization and replace it. I made it a game. When I saw positive things happening, it was easy for me to stay motivated.
What I shared here is not the well-crafted thoughts and ideas that I used many years ago. I struggled, working with an unfocused mind, feeling unworthy, and wondering who I was to create a miracle. However, it is not meant to be easy. It is meant to create a force that controls their universe.
Thank you for being my teacher.
